HOW TO APPLY IN 5 STEPS

- An international PASSPORT with a translation into Russian (the translation is certified by a Russian notary or the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy in the host country) The passport is valid until at least 2025.
- A document of previous education (including a grade sheet), with a translation into Russian (the translation is certified by a Russian notary or the Consular Department of the Russian Embassy in the host country).
- Photos 3x4 - 8 pcs. (colored or black and white).
- For applicants to full-time and part-time education - medical certificates:
- a vaccination certificate for vaccinations against measles, diphtheria, tuberculosis;
- a certificate of absence of HIV infection;
- a certificate of the results of the fluorographic examination.
- Certificate of recognition of a foreign education (except in cases where recognition of the document is not required).
- Medical insurance policy.

TAKE THE ENTRANCE TEST
Foreign citizens must take entrance tests. These tests are conducted by the Surgut State University independently online on Moodle platform.
WAIT FOR RESULTS
The Order of Enrollment is issued and posted on the official website and on the information board until a specified date. When applying for enrollment, present the originals of the above-mentioned documents that include: a copy of the entry visa to the Russian Federation in case you had arrived in the Russian Federation on the entry visa. Note that the applicant’s first name, middle name or patronymic (if available) and last name indicated in the translated documents submitted must match the first name, middle name or patronymic (if available) and last name of the applicant indicated in the entry visa.
